HONEYMOON BAY IN TASMANIA IS NOT JUST FOR THE NEWLY WEDDED
I recently went on a weekender to Tasmania to explore the stunning island, thanks to Discover Tasmania. The Tasmanian landscape is something I’ve never come across, it’s so wild, untouched and romantic. I love nothing more than going on a road trip, exploring hidden spots, hiking and getting back into nature – and Tasmania gave me all of this. The weekender was unto my own timetable, which I loved. There is so much to see and do, so our only problem was that three days simply wasn't enough time to do everything we wanted to. Luckily I already have planned another two visits to Tasmania this year - this time for longer.
Part of this trip in particular saw me hike the Freycinet National Park over to Wineglass Bay. It was a decent hike, so for those who aren't fit - do think carefully. Before however, it was recommended we stop by Honeymoon Bay. And I am so glad we did. I wrote a story for Discover Tasmania about my experience at Honeymoon Bay. Be sure to have a read here.
